Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Paikka erinomainen ja huoneet ja muutkin tilat viihtyisät. Aamupala ulkoterassilla järvinäkymin mainio.
Majoitushuoneen kylpyhuoneen ilmanvaihto oli heikko; reissussa kostuneet vaatteet eivät kuivuneet, ulkonakin oli korkea ilmankosteus olisi muuten voinut tuuletella ulkona.

Nach einem Tag beim Biathlon in Kontiolahti waren wir am späten Abend froh und dankbar für das gemütliche und angenehm vorgeheizte Zimmer. Es war alles da, was man brauchte: bequeme Betten, ein sauberes Bad, Handtücher und sogar ein Wasserkocher, um sich bei Bedarf noch einen Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Da das Restaurant am nächsten Morgen noch geschlossen war, stand das durchaus reichhaltige Frühstück (belegte Brötchen, hartgekochte Eier, Obst, Apfelsaft und Porridge) bereits am Abend appetitlich vorbereitet im Kühlschrank! Alles war super ordentlich und sauber. Vielen Dank dafür! Außerdem schön: der tolle Blick auf den (noch zugefrorenen) See!
