Posada Ribera del Pas

Location was perfect for an overnight stop not far from Santander. Very nice views from the garden. Whilst the owners didn’t speak English they went out of their way to help us. The evening meal was excellent. On arrival I had a flat battery on my motorbike which then would not start. The owners contacted their son in law who brought a battery charger and jump pack to ensure the battery was fully charged by the morning. The jump pack was left just in case. Fantastic service. We will stay again probably in October when we are next back in Spain.

Quarto muito espaçoso e com boa cama e ar condicionado, importante nesses dias de calor.

Todo fue perfecto. El lugar, la manera familiar y cercana de atendernos.... no nos faltó de nada. Pudimos llevar a nuestro perrete y fue muy agradable para él también. Una maravilla de sitio y de personas.

Que hay clientes que se aprovechan de los trabajadores de esta posada. A la gente buena le toca lidiar con esta chusma. Son geniales y volveré sí o sí.

nice room, nice location

There is an unannounced 6 euro charge for using the air conditioning! The dinner was freshly cooked, but is very poor value - for example ,34 euro paid for small poor quality steak and awful fries. Vegetables were being grown in the garden but we did not see any presented at our table. We suggest that you skip breakfast. The other reviews we have read do not reflect our unenjoyable dining experience. Overall as stay we will hopefully forget soon, we never felt welcome.
