Great views, nice staff, very remote

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. There was plenty of parking available, which made arrival and departure easy. The hotel is located in the middle of vineyards, with beautiful views and very fresh, clean air so a really peaceful setting. The location is quite remote and a car is absolutely necessary. The pillows were not very comfortable for us. Overall, a nice and quiet place to stay if you’re looking for nature, views, and relaxation, and you’re traveling by car.

Gourmet food in rural peacefulness in the middle of a vineyard

Vineyard haven with gourmet food, impressive local winelist, many wines by the glass (1 deciliter) for tasting purposes. Absolute rural calm but only a short hop over to France or the Autobahn.

For food and wine lovers

Great location in the vineyards of a famous wine area. Staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning for an event and were spontaneously served early breakfast before opening. Excellent kitchen. A menu with limited choice is explained by the dedicated, artisanal work done in the kitchen. Outstanding selection of local wines and competent staff guiding you. Spacious property.

We booked on the same day we arrived so that might explain why it was difficult to get a table for dinner. Staff did their best to accommodate us on the amazing terrasse and ultimately everything worked out.

The situation of the hotel is very good, on top of a little mountain, with a phänomenal sight around.The open-air part of the restaurant is beatifull. The rooms in the 1.st plant have access to a beatifull garden. Very calmly

No place at all for dinner for us on sunday. Hotel guests should have under all circumstances a posibility of taking a little meal at least.( no restaurants in the town ) Restaurant prices extremly high. 3 dish-Menus about 60 - 70 € /person Wines from the automat-provider in the room-floor not under 20 € 3/4 liter-bottle. The same wine from one of the wine-sales 5 € !

Fabulous

Lovely localization between vineyards. Very good restaurant and breakfast with fantastic view. We probably got unlucky to have room with a view of kitchen's and hotel's survived, but at all hotel is really nice and we liked.

Spitzenmäßig und jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit gutem Konzept. Die Eier wurden nach Bedarf sehr schnell nach Wunsch frisch gemacht. Es herrschte ein sehr gepflegter Umgangston im gesamten Objekt. Es wurde einem förmlich der Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Weiter so!!!!

Sehr schöne Lage am Rand von Bischoffingen mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs und hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse. Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Ein großes Lob für das Personal

Un très bon séjour pour visiter l Alsace

Nous avons aimé l'espace dans la chambre. Le calme de celle ci mais aussi de l'emplacement. Le petit déjeuner copieux et le personnel très agréable.

Tout etait bien mais il aurait été agréable d'avoir une bouilloire et des disettes de thé/café/ chocolat pour le soir, surtout avec le froid.

Zeit mit Freunden verbracht

Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft, mitten in den Weinbergen entsteht das Gefühl von Romantik (wenn dann auch noch einen Sonnenuntergang dazukommt, ist es perfekt). Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön und im Chalet herrscht eine außerordentlich gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Essen dort ist hervorragend, die Portionen sehr sättigend.

Mooi verblijf, mooie plek, goed ontbijt, maar de kamer viel tegen

Mooie plek vriendelijke staff als ze er zijn (in de Middag niemand aanwezig).

Kamer rechts boven 1e etage niet nemen, geen uitzicht. Mooi ingericht, maar niet als je een beetje last hebt van geen buiten of geen uitzicht. Het hotel was niet vol en ze gaven ons de slechtste kamer. Dat was teleurstellend. En aangezien er niemand bij de receptie was kon dit ook niet eenvoudig worden omgezet. Wellicht lag dit aan het feit dat we ons hondje bij ons hadden (die overigens tegen meerprijs zeer welkom.was). Dat hadden we ook vooraangekondigd bij het hotel, en er.lag keurig een bakje voor water klaar ed. Wat dat betreft goed.

Toller Aufenthalt in sehr ruhiger Lage

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Tolle Zimmer mit Terasse raus in den Garten. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Haben auch extrawünsche erfüllt

Das Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl haben. Frühstückseier waren schnell aus. Es wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Warme Eierspeisen wurden nicht angeboten. Frühstück ist mit 8 Uhr sehr spät für Frühaufsteher. Die blonde Dame beim Frühstück am 3.10.25 waren genervt oder gestresst. Sie war unfreundlich uns gegenüber.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Auch unser liebes Fellkind (Hund) wurde mit einer Aufmerksamkeit , begrüßt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für den Kaiserstuhlbesuch

Es war nicht unser erster - und gewiss auch nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in Köpfers Steinbuck. Wer den Kaiserstuhl oder das Elsass bereisen möchte und dabei auch bezüglich der "Basisstation" Wert auf angenehmsten Komfort in den Zimmern, echte Warmherzigkeit beim Service und höchsten Genuss bei Speis & Trank (tolle Weinkarte!) in Verbindung mit einer einzigartigen Lage inmitten der Weinberge legt, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung! Übrigens: Auch Hunde sind willkommen ;-)
