Świetny hotel, bardzo wygodne łóżko, wysokiej jakości pościel i ręczniki; wyposażenie wysokiej jakości. Duży parking, z restauracji nie korzystałem. Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone, bardzo dobre, dużo do wyboru. Przy cenie 220 zł miałem okazję korzystać z hotelu w Kuźni Raciborskiej dzień wcześniej, ten hotel pod każdym względem przewyższa w każdym elemencie.
jedyny mankament, to 1 żelazko jakie recepcja mogła użyczyć a okazało się uszkodzone i niesprawne; dwa lub nawet 3 sztuki byłyby dobrym pomysłem albo za parę złoty, usługa prasowania. W Krakowie w jednym z hoteli płaciłem 7 zł od koszuli, a podróżując służbowo, czasem jest to niezbędna czynność.

Największą tragedią tego hotelu są łóżka… Okropnie niewygodne, a do tego strasznie głośno skrzypią, ogólnie ciężko się było wyspać
