Location - entry to hiking trails, very good facilities, everything is new, cosy, clean, all staff members are so welcoming, helpful and always smiling!

- food quality was very good
- staff was exceptional
- offer a lot of activities
- the pillows of the bed were too soft
- room 109 is close to the supplier entrance so every morning we woke up at 7 am
- owner could look sometimes more friendly ( he is but doesn’t show it too much)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, kind, and always ready to help. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake, which made our stay extra special and created a memory we will never forget. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the food was really delicious. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again.
