Pongkham Residence

We had a good stay (2 nights before leaving the city on an excursion and then one more night before leaving again). They were very kind to store our bags while we left Luang Prabang. The room was satisfactory. AC works. Strong fan. Bed was comfortable. Good Wifi. The courtyard for breakfast or tea or snacks was very large and comfortable. The location is a 20-minute walk to old town but easy to do daily and plenty of street food to enjoy on the way. Bicycles were available but we chose to walk and explore different routes through the town.

Difficile de régler la climatisation pour les deux lits, les coqs à toute heure et la construction à compter de 7-8 heures.

Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Bestelle des Vermieters direkt neben dem Haus. Sonntag 8h begannen Verschalungsarbeiten.. Der Vermieter dass mit Freunden abends unter meinem Fenster und führte Unterhaltungen bis 22h. Dann kaufte er eine Musikbox und betrieb sie unter meinem Fenster. Ich machte ihn darauf aufmerksam, dass dies stört. Ich buchte über den Vermieter eine Busreise nach Nongwiang. Doppelter Preis wie bei er Selbstbuchung. Bis zur Stadt waren es 35 Min Fußweg. Da gibt es bessere Angebote. Im Badezimmer stank es aus dem Abfluss
