The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, and full of character, located in a beautiful historic building by Lake Como. The host was kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Most of the facilities you would need are available, making it a comfortable place to stay.

While we understand that air conditioning is not common in this region, staying here during the peak of summer can be quite challenging without it. Also, as this is a historic building, it is very close to neighboring properties. Sound can travel easily, so there may be some noise from the neighbors, and it's also worth being mindful of the noise you make during your stay.

wow wow wow I don't even know where to start with this stay; it was so great! Maria Angela and Carmine are the best hosts I've ever had. Our boat arrived later than we thought, and we couldn't get a taxi. They made the effort to come and collect us from the ferry and drop us back at the end of the stay. On arrival, they'd left snacks and a cold bottle of bubbles chilling. And throughout the stay, if we had questions or needed recommendations, they were super communicative and on hand for anything we needed. The property is just a stone's throw from the water, and a really nice beach to relax on is just 10 mins walk. The town is a little further away, but we loved the walk in for dinner at night, and it's worth it to stay in such a peaceful location. 10/10! We'll be back :)

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem für Autos nicht zu befahrenden Teil Menaggios, dem Ortsteil Nobiallo, der ca. 20 Fußminuten vom belebten Ortskern entfernt ist. Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe. Dadurch war die Unterkunft angenehm ruhig. Sie ist auf zwei Etagen aufgeteilt, im Eingangsbereich gibt es das Bad und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, in der Etage darüber liegt der Koch-/Essbereich sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Es gibt zwei kleine Balkons, alle Zimmer sind mit Schlagläden ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist mehr als vollständig, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen; so gehören alle gängigen Küchengeräte und sogar eine Waschmaschine dazu. Die Wohnung ist sehr nun gepflegt, hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist genügend Raum, seine persönlichen Sachen unterzubringen. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich, und zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Prosecco sowie einen kleinen Korb mit Grissini und Marmeladen. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt.

Rien mis à part l’humidité un peu dans le logement lié aux conditions extérieures mais tout est fait pour le limiter (déhumidificateur performant et chauffage fonctionnel)
