Clean, good location, good size, easy to find, access good.
2 single duvets on a double bed, accused of smoking by staff, was resolved through several emails but did not appreciate how accusatory they were.

It was clan. Staff very attentive and helpful - always an asset to any place.
Bed was sort of sad, one tiny pillow and small duvet - felt like w student accommodation. Also I don’t like the fact that coffee making facility was not inside of the room- plenty of space inside to accommodate that.

The room was okay, looked nice - much nicer than the flat block
The building was horrible, mouldy and scabby. The lift didn’t work, 4 flights of stairs up with our suitcases. The shower was dirty and the water smelt off.
