About this house rental
Villa on the Gulf of Procchio, surrounded by greenery, where silence and tranquility reign supreme, together with a breathtaking view that ranges from Marciana to Enfola, from Corsica to the mainland. It is accessed from a private gate, with the possibility of internal parking, the house is spread over one floor, with a large terrace facing the sea, reminiscent of the bow of a ship, and another on the first floor, with external access that covers the whole surface of the house.
The house develops on the ground floor which directly overlooks the sea view terrace.
It consists of a large glazed living room with dining area and direct access to the kitchen.
There are three double bedrooms with private bathrooms, two of which have windows, the rooms can also be accessed independently from the outside.
At the back of the house there is a utility room with bathroom and laundry room.

Ein wunderbares Plätzlein, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Unten am Strand Trubel und hier oben ist man wie in einer anderen Welt. Für ein paar Tage optimal, länger, dann würde mir die Nähe zum Meer fehlen. Die Strände vor Ort und in der Umgebung sind halt typisch mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen belegt, nicht so ganz unser Ding. Auch ein paar mehr Restaurants wären schön; die aber vor Ort in der Nähe und am Strand sind empfehlenswert und die Bedienungen sind sehr nett.
