Cute and Cozy

We had a fab relaxing few days, it's a lovely cute, cozy, quiet cottage in great location, clean tidy and easy to find, lots of great walks with the dogs we had lovely time and will be back, host were very sweet and friendly and just a phone call away, found everything easy to use and no issues at all, cozy comfy beds and all appliances clean and easy to use, loved the bath very relaxing after a day walking.

Lovely cosy cottage, with great views and walks

Clean, well equipped cottage, it’s clear the owners care about their property and guests due to the lovely little touches around the cottage. We were there in winter and used the log burner (worth taking your own logs as there were only a couple in the bag) and the central heating was good so we were nice and warm. Quirky staircase, which is very cute but care needed and not suitable for people with limited mobility. Bedrooms are lovely with nice fresh bedding and there’s storage for cases/bags etc. Outside space and parking was especially good to allow us to let the dog out without worrying about escape (Labrador). There’s a wood just across the road that was lovely to do a 15 minute circular off lead walk with the dog, and fabulous walks from the cottage to the Panorama ( or just minutes in the car). We’d definitely stay again :-)

Perfect getaway, for 2-4 people, great location and views

Small but perfectly formed, very comfortable and had everything we needed for 3 night stay. Location was great for a local wedding we were attending and easy run into Llangollen and the Aqueduct.

The cottage very lovely. It was in a great location with brilliant view and plenty to do close by. Ideal for both short and long stays.

Lovely stay just did want to be joined by so many 8 legged friends

Great location for Llangollen, Betws-Y-Coed and Llanrhaeadr. Great views from the property. Great that we could pull the car outside the cottage and close the gates so Jarvis could go out without having to put his harness on.

The property is lovely however the stairs were a little steep but we got used to them but it might be worth putting this in the description of the property. The other thing was the amount of cobwebs and spiders yes I know you get spiders everywhere but when you go to get plates out the cupboard you don’t expect them to have cobwebs on from the 3 large spiders that were living in there. I know this may be a little extreme but we stay in Wales a lot and there were just too many spiders and cobwebs.

A walk in shower would have been nice but we booked knowing what the facilities are and it was fine.

A perfect mini break North Wales is lovely. The owners are very helpful and welcoming also very nice

Self catering . Location is lovely but a long walk from bottom of Garth to accommodation. However great for the Panaramic walk . Having said that we would go there again. It’s our second visit. Your close to the auquaduct . Llangollen isn’t too far away. We walked it in 2.5 hours using the panoramic walk and visited Castell Dinas Bran on way. Lots of things to do . Bring your own tea towels

Wouldn’t return No shower so our mum couldn’t shower whilst there as could not get into bath to shower A lot of dog hairs left on floor Oven not checked and had been used by previous occupants

Quirky cottage

Nice clean cottage.

Bed springs were uncomfortable, and the quilt was far too heavy for Summer in the main bedroom. Needed more lighting in the kitchen.

Superb

Lovely cottage in a nice peaceful location. If you enjoy walking there is plenty to see locally and the Panorama Walk goes down to Llangollen. We cycled and used the buses, but be warned, it is a steep hill back to the cottage! It was well equipped and had a nice courtyard garden.
