Fantastic facilities. There was nothing we needed that we did not find included.
The location was like a water colour.

Very quiet. Beautiful location. Only a mile or so to get into Callander

Beautiful decorated. (Orchard cottage) Comfortable and clean. Great views and good parking at house.
Distance from main town. Too far to walk as also long driveway into estate and only 1 taxi company to use! heating system was a bit hard to understand but could turn off at wall of heaters.
