Ruined because Owners would rather speak to Sykes Cottages than us & were uncontactable themselves!!

Location, cleanliness.

Being phoned by Sykes Cottages and told we had broken the booking terms re overbooking and would have to leave. This was when our family meet up with us to go into the village. We had knocked on the owners door in the morning to advise them of this. Sykes were subsequently unable to contact them. At not time did they make an effort to contact us. My wife was so stressed we left a day early. We left them an note and didn't sign the visitors book.

Great location but looking tired

The property was in an ideal location and had onsite parking.

The property was clean on a superficial level. Bearing in mind that this is the start of the season, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, the skirting boards were thick with dust and the toilet (between the pan and the cistern) was the same; not what I was expecting.

I've always used an electric oven so didn't like the gas oven. Also didn't like the gravel drive and the fact I had to carry my luggage to the cottage.

A lovely peaceful break, just the right place to spend the heatwave

Lovely cottage with everything we needed. We appreciated the bottle of wine, thanks! Beautiful location, pleasant atmosphere round town. Very peaceful and quiet, even on the hottest days.

The only thing we found slightly difficult was the bedroom was a bit cramped, not very easy to move around, but I realise that is not something easily changed.

Over all a great small cottage and location to criccieth and access to the LLeyn Peninsula .

Bathroom.good size. Kitchen with all necessaries.

Had to pull the bed out from the wall to gain access to the other side

Fantastic cottage for exploring Snowdonia

Location was excellent for what we needed. The cottage had everything needed to make are stay hassle free. 2 minutes walk to the beach.
