It is a beautiful oasis in Port Elizabeth. We absolutely loved the welcome, decor and security. It is really close to the large shopping centre for restaurants and shopping. We went to the beach, on a city tour with a guide, to Kragga Kamma and the sand dunes at Sardinia bay.

Cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The way you are welcomed and served determines your stay.
Not that I did not like but the fridge in my room needs attention. It made a funny, loud noise that disturbed my sleep. The freezer part needs to be defrosted, and I meant to tell them before I left, but I forgot. They must also look at the shower head. The room was awesome, though.

The rooms are clean,
Close to the beach
The pool is not properly clean, so we couldn't swim, and they don't allow people to bring their own alcohol since they sell in the premises.
The place expensive so I was expecting a best experience. Maybe I was just expecting too much
