Bungunyah Apartments are quality self-contained free standing villa units, houses located on a beautiful historic 1880C property with gardens & facilities perfect for executives, couples or families. Positioned in Croydon, with easy access to Ringwood, Bayswater, Lilydale, Kilsyth, Mooroolbark, Chirnside Park & Boronia. Our accommodations in Croydon are at the gateway to the Yarra Valley Wine District, The Dandenong Ranges & yet only 30 mins from Melbourne. If you're looking for accommodation in Croydon, you've come to the right place!
The Margriet villa is a free standing 1 bedroom unit (queen bed) which is very private with a front and rear garden; alfresco entertainment area with BBQ, free DVDs, CDs, games and books. Fully self-contained with linen, bedding, towels, weekly servicing (for stays 8 nights) and free wireless internet included. Air conditioning, gas heating and off street free parking is also provided. The Margriet is very modern with glass ceramic hotplates, full size electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the modern cons. The fully tiled and stylish bathroom is well equipped and comes with a front loader washing machine and dryer. The villa is well equipped with us anticipating all your needs will be met. A 10-15 minute walk to the shops or Croydon railway station. Croydon is on a direct line to Melbourne city and takes approx 45 mins saving on the cost and stress of parking. Cafes, bistros, restuarants & cinemas are all available plus 3 large supermarkets, Coles, Woolworths and Aldis.

Property was well appointed and well equipped, very neat and tidy. The hosts were wonderful making sure the lights and heater were on for our evening check in, after a 23 hour flight it was much appreciated. The area is beautifully set out and maintained. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this property Bungunyah Apartments to anyone looking for a retreat.

Everything I needed - full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, large bathroom with a hidden washer and dryer, a fenced off patio with bar-b-que, a parking spot for 1 vehicle beside unit so could carry items to and from car easily, even at night.
Need a vehicle to get to the closest stores for groceries but is less than a 5 minute drive. Very close to larger shopping complexes and to tourist destinations.
I felt very comfortable staying there.

A fabulous apartment with absolutely everything I needed for my three week stay. Beautifully clean with excellent appliances. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
