Croydons Bungunyah Apartments are quality self-contained, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom free standing villa units located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne with easy access to Ringwood, Bayswater, Lilydale, Kilsyth, Mooroolbark, Chirnside Park & Boronia. At the gateway to Victorias renowned Yarra Valley Wine District, the Dandenong Ranges & yet still only 30 mins from Melbourne. Some villa units have a minimum 3 nights whilst others a minimum of 7 nights. If you are unsure if we can accommodate you please give us a call. Kaori Villa Unit
This is a large free standing single storey newly refurbished apartment which can comfortably bed up to 4 guests. It offers space for families, corporate clients or couples along with luxury fittings and decor. The 2 bedroom unit is very private with individual picturesque front and rear garden, entertainment area with BBQ, living areas comes with plenty of free DVDs, CDs, games and books. It has a queen and twin beds. Fully self-contained with linen, bedding, weekly servicing (for stays > than 8 nights) and free wireless internet included. It has gas heating, air-conditioning, garage and free off-street parking. The Kaori has a modern full size kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, cooking utensils, glass ceramic hotplates, full size electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fully tiled contemporary bathroom. Henriette, the manager was lovely and understanding when I had special requests. She did her best to accommodate these and was really helpful. The cottage was spacious, yet felt cosy. Good area for taking walks and checking out some of the local houses, which are well kept. There is also a park right next door, as well as several others within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at Bungunyah apartments it was very Quiet and peaceful also the gardens were lovely with the different coloured flowers for this time of year. The apartment was absolutely clean & tidy. I would like to say thank you to Henriette nothing was a problem very helpful. Looking forward to staying at Bungunyah again in December.

Excellent accomodation. Well set up with comfortable furnature and a well equipt kitchen. Travelling with a 21 month old, we found the house didn't need too much child proofing. We had a fabulous and very comfortable stay. Our only complaint is the steepness of the drive and bumping our car on the dip.

Great place to stay, and slept 8 people with comfort and the teenagers had their own space upstairs. Had everything we needed + the owners added Christmas items to make it more like been at home over the Christmas break. We held christmas lunch for 20 no problems. When we visit my grandfather again next year will return to this quiet, peaceful place. The drive way is only a slight problem once you know its there regarding scraping the hire car.
