super cheap and excellent location

Location and really cheap. I read bad reviews but for that money you cannot get a better place. Appartment was not dirty, it is just outdated. I think is good if you want affordable holidays.

Misrepresented room - would not recommend

I really can not say anything.

We booked this accommodation based on photos showing spacious, renovated rooms on the upper floors. Only upon arrival did we realize the room was in the basement. This was mentioned only in the written description, without being highlighted, and the photos were completely different. The room itself is small, outdated, and uncomfortable: Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable, with mattress springs clearly felt. No space to place dishes after washing, and no place to dry wet beach items (we were offered to use a shared backyard that is out of our sight). Poor sound insulation – you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. There is a construction site next to the hotel, so noise is constant. For the last two days, there was no parking available, even though it was listed as included. I travel frequently using Booking.com and have never had such an issue before, but this basement room is definitely not suitable for any guest.

The room was full with small ants on the floor and on the balcony too,the kitchen facilities were old and dirty,the toilet was dirty and looked like was not cleaned for months or even more,the wardrobe too old and was smelly,wi-fi was too poor we could not used it…the door was hard to open,the door off the fridge was open half because the space was too small.

I liked that it was cheap, had all the facilities and everything went smoothly with the check-in.

The furniture was old, the beds were uncomfortable, the toilet and shower were too small, it didn't seem very clean.

You will get, what you need on request if you need to stay a few hours longer on the last day, it is not a problem, which is valuable. Good conditions for reasonable price. If you need something, just ask. I am very satisfied.

Everything was nice and clean.

We didnt find any instructions on paper regarding wifi connection password.We had to ask guy from next door room for password,even then there was no internet over wifi. I am sure that was some techical problem with land line and had nothing with our host.Also we spent 30 minutes looking for hotel because writing on the building was on Greek Alphabet.There is enoughe room on building that you can put name of hotel on english. Luckly we saw add for tenis club so we knew taht we were at right location.This only friendly proposition.

Host was great, fast answers, helpful, the room was clean.

Stinky room, we had to open the door and window for hours, and to hold open window non stop. It seems that somebody was smoking inside or some other source of stinkiness was present, not sure. If we would close the door and the window, the room was stinky, otherwise very very noisy! It was hard to sleep anyway. Furthermore, there were ugly and bad maintened surrounding area, old fashioned and poor utilities (no boiling kettle), the worst, very BAD matresses, we had got strong backpain which totaly ruined our vacation. The nature around looks very nice, but the village is pretty bad maintened and dirty, very dissapointed.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό, είχε ένα κατάλογο με οδηγίες για ο,τι χρειαζόσουν ακόμα και για τα μέσα μεταφοράς για κάποιον που δεν ξέρει. Το δωμάτιο είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα.

Όχι τόσο άνετο κρεβάτι και ίσως χρειαζοταν λίγη καθαριότητα παραπάνω στο πάτωμα.
