Room is squeaking a lot when walking. Not so public transport friendly.

Super friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms.

A nice quiet place in a neighbourhood of private houses. Very friendly hostess. A fridge was a pleasant surprise in the triple room because it was not mentioned in the description.

The room was good.

First, after booking the room, the app showed us the check-in was only until 23.30. I called and asked for a lte check-in as we were travelling from Finland, and the lady was were very rude on the phone, saying midnight but no later than that. After I wrote an email and asked for a late check-in which was charged 10 euros each. When we arrived at 1.00, the same lady who had hung up was waiting for us, her English was very poor and initially she did not want to receive us with our dog, even though the property was listed to receive pets. We were charged again 15 euros, so that changed the price from 64 to 94, which I find excruciating. The dog is very quiet and did not bother anyone, but the attitude of the receptionist who almost did not want to welcome us inside was terrible. Probably the app is not good either, but to treat your customers like that and to threaten to leave them on the streets and surcharge them like that is unacceptable. Such people should probably not be in the business in the first place as they do not know the minimum rules. However, we slept well, and the lady admitted to the dog being very good. But a very disappointing experience! Never again!
