breakfast is very basic. mattresses are too soft. otherwise very good place to stay

Staff were great, friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and warm. Location was good for me. Good value for €50.

Breakfast was not all that. Limited choice and what there was, not great. Bed was very low, not sure why, it was like sleeping on a camp bed.

Hotel "Senas namas" (An old house) is located in almost the very center of Alytus: you stand near Tourist information center, you see their "Hotel". Not possible to miss. We had a phone call from administration asking when would we arrive. Received a room in location near to main building. Bathroom was spacious, this we did like. Breakfast was good.

1. Towels. When arrived, there was zero towels. Had to tell to receptionist, they were brought soon; 2. Shampoo and condtioner: only one pair when there were 2 of us. Had to tell to receptionist, they were brought soon; 3. Electricity sockets: only 1 free. No sockets near beds. At table we had 3 items that could require socket (refrigerator, lamp, TV) and only 2 sockets. 4. No way to turn on/off lamps over beds, you should go near to entrance. 5. No way for us to turn off ventilation (or at least we could not find it) 6. Bathroom: tiny heater, no place to warm up you belongings or any place to hang them. Taking a shower was a bit of...challenge. 7. We had a room in other corpus, so we had to walk in the open air. Good for us, there was no rain.
