Location is very good for the price. 3 min walk to bus stop, bus 732 and 903 come often. It is 5 min by bus to Box Hill Central where you can get food, train, etc. Apartment is clean and has a properly equipped kitchen and free Netflix. Bed and blanket generally comfortable, pillow a bit hard and high so I used the cushion instead. Reverse cycle heating worked fine.
Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Front and garage doors a bit thin meaning noise from traffic get through (windows are double-glaze). Canterbury Rd is a busy road but I always travel with ear plugs so it does not affect me. Google "earplugs for sleeping". Walls are thin though neighbours are quiet.

Comfortable for what I needed it for. The shower pressure was fabulous. Kitchen was reasonably stocked, dont think i have seen that anywhere.
No bin in the bathroom/toilet. Had to use the same one in the kitchen. Wish there is a box to drop the gate key at the gate, when I drove out after checked out so I dont have to go inside the apartment again to drop the remote gatekey.

Location, next to Aldi, and Chinese food. It faces the street, but after closing windows and doors, noise is not too bad. Bed is comfortable; the studio has all facilities… Netflix, washing machines, dryer (but we did not use them); back door leads to car park and the front door leads to outdoor seating.
Well, if I have to say sth about it, it would be lightening. The ceiling has three lightening panels and I feel a bit too bright. They have to be switched on and off together. Otherwise using only the bedside lamp seems a bit dark. Needs some time to get used to this.

You get everything within this studio.
I like the owner offer washing machine & dryer. It was really helpful because I encountered raining during my trip.
It is just next to the busy road so you can hear the noise.
