About this apartment rental
Large refurbished 2 bedroom apartment located in central Blackburn. It is bright and specious and is walking distance to the Blackburn train station, shops and restaurants. It is located few minutes from the Eastern Freeway. There is an airport bus stop at the end of the street. Blackburn is a leafy suburb and is the next suburb to Box Hill. Blackburn lake sanctuary is a must see when visiting Blackburn. The apartment comes with bedlinen, towels, off street parking for one car and internet access. + a friendly host. The property is heated and cooled using a split system aircon in the living room.

We loved our stay. There were pros and cons. Pros were: quiet, peaceful, most everything worked well. The washer did a great job of spinning so our clothes dried quickly on the outside line. Great location close to train station and shops. Cons: the place lacks a “personal” touch. The kitchen pots/pans are sort of op-shop. The stove elements were on high or off (mostly). We still used it every day with good effect. We would have liked a binder with instructions and local suggestions.

Nice, cozy and clean property!! So close to the train station and very easy walk to. Communication with Jozef was great. Super clear and fast responses too! Definitely would come again!!

Property was very clean and well presented.
However, we stayed on a cold night and there were inadequate blankets or donnas to keep us warm.
