Super widok z balkonu
Brak ciepłej wody w kranie lekko letnia mimo czekania 10 min. Brak zawieszki dla słuchawki prysznicowej.
Bardzo nieszczelne okna tarasowe strasznie wychładzało to salon gdzie miały spać dzieci.

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto, może być.
Miał być widok na zatokę, ale trzeba było wyglądać za okno by zobaczyć zatokę. To zniechęca, mieć za oknem drugi biurowiec.
