Sea towers apartment 73.

Location and the exceptional view of the harbour. Nice apartment with ok facilities. The host Marek was a nice gentleman, he quickly sorted out our wifi issue, anyone travelling with 3 children can understand this.

No shower screen or curtain, so cleaning up a wet floor after the kids was a chore that could of been prevented A bit of a squeeze with 4 adults and 3 kids, when the weather was bad, we found ourselves tripping on one another, local amenities were a bit of a walk away but not far. Having to wait 1.5 days for the wifi to be sorted, the kids soon used up their roaming data, hence an additional cost until that was sorted. Don't be misled by the photos on booking.com as the main bedroom was a good size, second bedroom was a tight fit, sofa bed was a good size.

Very poor communication from the very beginning. There were no answers to my questions. On the day of arrival I had to call a holder several times and try to get instructions how to get to the place. While my husband was driving a car in circles of old town which was totaly closed due to triatlon competition. This misunderstandig least around an hour or two before we met a lady who “cleaned” the apartment and presented all further instructions and keys. The apartment was very dirty, rosette and window handle broken, the whole apartment, sink had a bad smell, some dishes were not cleaned properly, sofa was very uncomfortable and needs replacement.

there was no modem, so we couldn’t use internet, which would be ok by me, except I had several phone call’s from owner, asking if we didn’t took it (stole it)… as we obviously didn’t, this was pretty disturbing… no apology afterwords

Mieszkanie na 11 piętrze z widokiem na miasto super... Duży metraż i cieplutko w każdym z pomieszczeń... Wyposażenie w kuchni też ok , cisza i spokój Lokalizacja przy samym porcie też na plus Kontakt z właścicielem bdb

Labirynt po wjeździe na parking , słabo oznakowane wyjścia, piętra a do tego wszystkiego trzeba wszędzie używać karty ,brak jakichkolwiek instrukcji mapek dla nas to była tragedia na szczęście jest portier który wytłumaczy gdzie i jak dalej się kierować . Telewizja tylko 3 kanały i brak internetu.

Apartament, w którym poranki zaczynają się z widokiem na morze, a wieczory kończą obserwowaniem świateł mariny. Przestrzeń pełna światła, nowoczesna i dopracowana w każdym detalu. Na miejscu wszystko, czego potrzeba do wygodnego pobytu. Komfort hotelu połączony z niezależnością apartamentu.

Podobał nam się widok na marinę oraz na miasto. Świetna komunikacja winda - garaż. Lokalizacja przy Skrzewrze Kościuszki super.

Apartament wymaga odświeżenia. Nie działa oświetlenie okapu jak i prawy spot light w aneksie. Centralne ogrzewanie odmówiło współpracy ale było ciepło. Szafki w łazience już puchną a półka nad umywalką jest do wymiany. Jeżeli chodzi o wannę to miałem problemy z blokowaniem i zwalnianiem wody. Ogólnie to nie duże wady ale apartament powinien zasługiwać na swoją nazwę.
