Its located at a convenient location especially from/to airport. Really close walking distance to few train/subway station that will take you anywhere atound Tokyo.
Shower head does not stay especially when high pressure is applied. It turned side way towards wall so one hand needs to hold it straight direct to you. Its very inconvenient for women to wash the hair. It is malfunction for both higher and lower shower holder.

The location is excellent - it is 2 minutes' walk from Okachimachi JR station on the Yamanote line. It also is a short walk from the Ueno-Hirokoji (Ginza line) station. At the hotel itself, the amenity bar and pyjamas are good. You are able to switch pillows using the pillow bar too. The staff are helpful. Free coffee available.
A little bit of noise can be heard from the street but that is not the hotel's fault and may be due to the floor I was on (2F).

The location is great, there are 3 trains and subway stations nearby , the only thing is Japan stations are not easy to find evaluators, mostly via staircases , if you have big and heavy luggage it could be a challengers
Not like other hotels which I was staying with, the hotel is unable to keep my medication in the refrigerator, and that is important to some guest who need the service. They always have some issues although they manage to keep for me
