Generally very good (but now I know more about staying in apartments, compared to hotels)

Poland! People! Gdansk! Sopot! Lots of positive tourist experience!

I did not understand the policy of the host company "Sun&Snow" for charging the clients. I normally expect in "Booking.com" to pay in advance and then just stay in the property and forget about the money. This time, however, the host charged me slightly more than promised initially (via a credit card), and then keep sending messages asking for more (for example, to pay a city tourist tax in advance; they also automatically included the car parking charge to me, which I discovered by chance and asked to delete; and promised to charge for repairment/cleaning, if I break something in the apartment. They eventually "blocked" 75 euro of my money "just in case" on my other bank card, when I visited their their office and they called it "normal practice"... promising that the money will "unblock" after my stay ends). All in all, even through the host company was generally very responsive and helpful, they answered all tell.calls quickly (note! call them if in trouble!) and we eventually sorted out all things via messaging and my visit to their office which was close to my location), this kind of "money-focused start" created some unnecessary tension for me. - I do not know, maybe this is really a "normal practice" for Poland, but it looked a bit old-fashioned to me.... Again, all ended well!

A pleasant stay but the upkeep of the apartment could be better

Our apartment 56b was located in a great, quiet location, around 10 minutes away from the beach. It had a nice terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. The host was easy to communicate with, and overall, it was a pleasant stay.

While the photos of the apartment are factually correct, it was more run-down than we had expected. The shower cabin was functional but a bit falling apart. The dishwasher had a strange smell and water inside, so we decided not to use it. There were also stains on the carpet and a bit of sand on the floor, probably left by previous guests (when we arrived, there was a detergent bottle left on the cooktop, so maybe the cleaning had not gone as planned). Nothing critical, though, so it was still a nice stay.

Great location, but extra payment practice in order to get the key.

I liked the location. It is a very nice and spacious apartment, with a lot of natural light. Walking distance to the beach , grocery shopping and restaurants.

It looks like the payment was done manually by the property management. They asked me to pay more, on top of what I have paid on Booking in order to get the code to the door. It was very confusing to figure out why I need to pay more than what I have already paid on Booking to get the code to the apartment. Besides, inside the apartment was not very clean. There were a dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets and unpacked dishwasher.

Exceptional

New apartment building with an underground parking. Walking distance to the beach. Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff! You have everything needed for a short or longer stay. I would definitely rent this again.

The parking spaces were very tight, but this was the building construction. The living room couch was not very comfortable in 5b but rest of the furniture was good.

Sopot apartment!

Property wasn't far from beach, flat was in good condition - new building and decor.

We had problem with Tv, since when we move in till end we didn't had any tv working in property! Kettle was leaking and there was problem with electricity in bathroom - it blow fuses every time we switch on light!! I am very glad it didn't electric shock my daughter or us!!! It was fixed after we contact main SUN&SNOW centre as Sopot didn't answer their phones! Sun&Snow Sopot offer as engineer to fix tv on Thursday (we move out next day at 11!!) Property overall was nice but extremely hot!!! with no AC or even fan we couldn't sleep. Overall we are not actually happy with booking as It was quite pricy but didn't actually meet our expectation!

Średnio czyste (okruchy, kurz, pajęczyny), pourywane zasłony i inne drobne zniszczenia. Brak kapsułek do ekspresu i kapsulek/proszku do prania. Nieoznaczone miejsce parkingowe (nie było wiadomo gdzie się ustawić), niejasne instrukcje wejścia na kod (trzeba było wcisnąć guzik drzwi - kod- guzik drzwi, a nie kod- guzik drzwi jak było napisane, zajęło nam dużo czasu aby to odkryć).

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Cisza i spokój. Blisko do plaży. Warunki pobytu dobre. W łazience pralka, niezbędna na dłuższy pobyt.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand, Einkaufen und in Restaurants. Platz gibt es genug

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sonderlich sauber. Die Möbel und die Wohnung im allgemeinen war schön etwas "abgenutzt".. Es sah leider nicht so aus, als würde gross in die Instandhaltung investiert. Der Zustand hat mit den Bildern nicht mehr viel gemeinsam, leider...

Zdjęcia podane w ogłoszeniu odbiegają od stanu rzeczywistego także prośba o aktualizację zdjęć. Zapchany syfon w prysznicu jak również w umywalce. Kody do drzwi są kłopotliwe, mógłby być jeden zestaw kluczy w komplecie (mieliśmy brak oprawy i nie dało się dostać na teren mieszkania ani do klatki dopiero jak ktoś nam otworzył , drzwi do mieszkania mają akumulator więc bez prądu też da się otworzyć)
