Sea View Apartment- best view in Sopot

Appartamento al 10⁰ piano, servito di ascensore, con vista mare direttamente dalla sala pranzo. Chicca dell'appartamento che pochi possono vantare di avere. Stanze spaziose, letti comodi. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, macchinetta del caffè compresa. Utilissima anche la lavatrice. Ampia la doccia. C'è pure un terrazzo con vista sull'entroterra.

Una delle due finestre in cucina è sprovvista di oscurante per il sole che risulta fastidioso al mattino per chi dorme sul divano letto.

Rewelacyjny widok z okna. Mieszkanie na 10 piętrze i widok na zatokę (dobrze mieć ze sobą lornetkę). Dobry kontakt z osobą zarządzającą. Pan był bardzo pomocny - natychmiast zareagował na zgłoszony problem. Budynek jest stary i nadaje się do remontu, ale to już nie gestia wynajmującego.

Standard można poprawić poprzez wymianę podłóg - stara klepka zakryta chodnikami. Szkoda ,że telewizor jest w sypialni a nie w saloniku - można go powiesić na ścianie na przeciwko kanapy (pewnie to kwestia sieci - nie znam się na tym).

Pictures of the flat doesn’t show the beauty of that! Magnificent panorama of the see, and long and nice balcony! Flat is sunny, and very friendly. About 5 minutes to the beach, 10 to the city center. Everything is nearby. Very convenient for the families

Fantastic sea views from the apartment. Perfect location - a short walk to the beach and a nice stroll into town of an evening. Owner had also supplied a couple of deck chairs and a paravan screen that was easy to carry to the beach. Had a leaky toilet that the owner quickly tried to rectify and on request of a hypoallergenic pillow, the owner was happy to oblige. Easy to communicate with the owner, always picked up to speak to us and help. Apartment was spacious and had plenty of storage space.

Couple of areas that needed improvement in the apartment; shower screen loose, basin was cracked and washing machine has seen better days and leaked. Main issue is that there is NO designated free parking for this apartment. If you are able to park nearby, you must be skilled at parallel parking onto the pavement.
