The key handover was really flexible and the office manager was more than friendly. The location and the overall feeling was really good!

There should be a bbq inlcuded but it wasn't there as expected - seamingly recently "destroyed"?, found only parts of the stone oven .... - . Also, a microwave, a toast and a waterboiler isn't that big a of a deal to include in the apartment - that wasn't the case here. Would be much appriciated to have these equipments installed for the next time!

Breakfast with the panoramic view was amazing

Aircon in room was not working and when we stayed, there was a wedding, so the noise from the party could be heard in our room.

La location a 5 min dal mare.

Purtroppo mal tenuta.

La posizione era notevole, volendo si scende al mare a piedi!

Era completamente vuota, ho pagato a parte asciugamani e lenzuola per ritrovarmi senza asciugamani del bidet (dicono non fare parte del pacchetto!) e due lenzuolini singoli sovrapposti per farne uno matrimoniale. Il frigo non funzionava e la lavatrice era talmente vecchia che per farci aprire l’oblò (con dentro i nostri indumenti) abbiamo dovuto chiamare il tecnico. Due caffettiere, entrambe senza manico e nemmeno una presina o un canovaccio…certo, dopo essermi lamentata ci hanno sostituito il frigo, dato due asciugamani in più e mandato i lenzuoli matrimoniali…ma da sarda dico che peccato, questo non è il modo giusto di offrire accoglienza turistica :( Mi è stato detto che questo è quello che offriva il proprietario di casa, ma io mi sono affidata ad una agenzia intermediaria, certe cose andrebbero verificate prima! Mi spiace!
