Сподобалось все! Дуже смачні і ситні сніданки, розташування біля води і поблизу центру. Дуже приємні адміністратори. В номері чисто та є все необхідне.
Єдині мінуси це відсутність ліфту та маленькі вікна. Але плюсів набагато більше і загальне враження тільки позитивне!

Дуже світлий просторий номер з неймовірним видом на озеро. Вид на захід сонця фантастичний. Мені не хотілося виходити з цього номеру.

Прекрасний готель, чарівні працівники, чистий зручний номер, смачні сніданки, затишно і комфортно. Приїду ще обов'язково!

Сподобалася локація, смачні сніданки, персонал приємний у спілкуванні.
Не має комунікації з гостями після бронювання номерів через Booking. Рекомендація: покращити комунікацію з гостями через платформу. Було б добре писати повідомлення перед заїздом з деталями заселення/виселення/паркінг/час сніданку і т.д., адже не було жодної комунікації від готелю. Також рекомендація реагувати/відповідати на повідомлення гостей, щоб зрозуміти, що вони прочитані. Локація топ, ремонт у ресторані супер, але от у готельних номерах було б добре зробити оновлення.
