Need a shelf for coffee maker with electrical outlet

A hidden gem in ivano frankivsk, central location close enough for the railway station, shops and main thoroughfare. A lovely room, great spa and a decent breakfast menu. The price is good value and the staff were wonderful, thank you

Nothing, a great balance for the price I paid

Very clean. Super friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

- Clean and comfortable rooms. - Good facilities like gym and pool/SPA-area. - Great location. - Great service the one night there was air raid alarm and the security guard (older gentleman) guided us to the shelter (in the gym) and explained where exists, toilets and so on were located - he made us feel safe.

- Key cards for the room has to be renewed almost every day, up to several times a day. The cards where kept in a RFID-resistant wallet and still failed daily. - There is a radio in the bathroom, this plays the same song on repeat and if you turn it off you can still hear the song softly - not pleasant. This same song also play various places around the hotel, like the restaurant etc, and I still can't get it out of my head (this review is written a week after the stay).. - We put out the "Please clean my room"-sign early morning the day we wanted our room cleaned (middle day of the stay), but the room was not cleaned before late afternoon. This is not a very big problem, but it would be nice to get a notice about this so we could plan when to come back to the room accordingly. We were never told anything else than "Yes, it will be cleaned" despite several interactions with the reception.
