A lovely little apartment

The apartment was very good value for money. A great location, very clean and a fair price. The host was very helpful. We enjoyed everything about the apartment. It's a short 10 minute walk downhill to the town.

My only criticism was that the WiFi wasn't working during our stay but I didn't really need to use it anyway so it was fine.

Excellent quality apartment and facilities

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean with good quality appliances - even an air fryer! - and well equipped with kitchenware, washing up stuff etc. We were in room 12 at the top of the orange house which has a nice balcony and sea view but faces north so doesn't get any sun. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of assorted bedding and pillows (although no duvets oddly). Nice big TV with variety of channels and option to log into Netflix, Amazon etc with your own password. The pool is small but welcome on a warm day. The weather had not been good the few days before we arrived so the water was pretty cold but I'm sure this is not always the case. Pool towels are provided. Shower was excellent - hot and powerful and even had jets! Owners very flexible with check in and out times. No breakfast was provided. Its a steep walk up from the town but not too far.

No toiletries apart from hand soap. The building was locked when we arrived and no one at reception. We had to call a number written on the front door and wait for someone to come over from another building with keys. This didn't take long but was a bit of a haphazard system.

A fantastic stay in a lovely apartment!

Great location and the apartment is exactly as described. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you could need, including very good air con! The balcony we had was fantastic, with amazing views. We also had use of a very nice pool. The hosts were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Overall a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay in the apartment again.

The only thing to be aware of is that there is a very steep hill from the apartment to Cavtat centre/waterfront. However, this is the case for most of the apartments and hotels in this area. Walking the slightly longer way (2 mins more) to the centre was a more comfortable walk.

Booking.com says free airport transfer, this wasn’t the case. The person who met us was apologetic but a big reason we chose to stay here was because of this.

Cavtats best well kept secret

We loved everything from the location of the flat, cleanliness, facilities, wonderful staff and excellent service from start to finish. The flat was so cosy with amazing view of the sea, we fell in love and even extended our stay.

This is the best equipped apartment I have ever been in. Numerous towels some of which were replaced during the week. Towels for the pool were provided. Bedding was also changed. The storage was great and there was a safe. Great kitchen equipment although some may like a microwave and a toaster but not an issue as cooker has grill. We were greeted outside when we arrived and a lovely bottle of wine was left as a welcome for us. Pool is small but a great suntrap at times of the day. Sea view was lovely.

We didn't get the sun on our balcony at any time of the day so if you would like the sun request a room in the yellow building or to the back of either building. The location was not unexpected as we had been to Cavtat before but it is not for those with walking difficulties. A bit of a climb up to the main road and then down to the town. Coming back up was a good climb but there was a local bus which dropped us further up the main road which then meant a walk downhill rather than up. Felt 10 kuna was a bit steep for 1 stop.

De locatie, op loopafstand van het leuke plaatsje Cavtat mits je goed ter been bent want de terugweg is een pittige klim. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en de host is heel behulpzaam.

Zoals op de site aangegeven is het allemaal in een ruimte: slapen, eten, zitten en keuken. Voor ons geen probleem, maar goed om je dat vantevoren te realiseren.

Bardzo miły pobyt w bardzo ładnym miejscu.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. W każdym pokoju osobna klimatyzacja, dodatkowe ręczniki, duża lodówka. Swobodnie można było korzystać z basenu. W basenie czysta woda. W obiekcie dostępne były książki w różnych językach, więc jedną przeczytałem. Akurat trafiłem na ciekawą książkę, której sam bym nie wybrał w sklepie. Korzystałem też bezpłatnie z parkingu - nie było z tym problemu. Bardzo szybki transport z lotniska.
