Due to past Hurricanes: Tower 1 is currently undergoing elevator modernization. One of the two elevators is temporarily out of service, and the remaining elevator may experience intermittent outages. The full modernization project is expected to take 6–12 months. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the building undergoes these necessary upgrades. so from the second floor parking garage you have 2 flights of stairs to reach the condo on the 4th floor. Also the condo may be for sale which would not affect your stay, although realtor may need access to show

This is truly a 5 star condo! The condo had everything we needed and more! It was clean and well kept. Location is quiet and less crowded than beaches to the north and south, yet many activities, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream are all close by. The pool is excellent and the gulf view is amazing. We would love to stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Communication with the host was excellent—they were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Super clean building, managements stuff keep whole place in perfect condition , functional, save and extremely clean.
Apartment is even better than on pictures.
For me was also important location, everything is on walk distans, grocery store ,7 eleven restaurants.
And pool is always clean nice size.
100% recommended!

The pictures of the condo was exactly how it looked beautiful!! It has everything we needed and it was well taken care of. The beach front view was amazing sitting outside and watching the dolphins go by. Perfect location easy to get to Tampa, Clearwater or St. Peter’s!! Lots of things to do. Bruce was very helpful and easily available through email and the check in was simple. Definitely will be going back again - it’s a perfect place for a vacation!!
