My stay at Chalet Park Kroondomein Giethoorn was truly a wonderful experience. The place is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy nature, relax by the peaceful canals, and unwind in a calm and serene atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always making sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The nearby restaurants offer excellent dining options, adding even more to the overall experience. One of the highlights of the stay was renting a boat — it was absolutely fantastic! It’s a great way to explore the canals and enjoy the stunning surroundings from a different perspective. I highly recommend Chalet Park Kroondomein Giethoorn for anyone seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and a memorable getaway.

The bridges were not comfortable, especially for the elderly and disabled.

The place is excellent and the location is fantastic All near to the location , the staff are friendly and wants to support when ever required

The instructions prior to arrival about where to park and how to get to the property were very clear and easy to understand. The property was quiet, clean, modern and well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have outdoor seating to relax in the evening. The location was within easy walking distance to the boat rental location and restaurants.

The location was fantastic - central in the little city and near boat rentals. The view of the canal from the room was relaxing. We were able to park our car within 3 min walking distance to the place.

There were little details that I wish I had known before booking: I love to sit and read on vacation, but the way the bed is designed, you can’t sit in bed to read without hitting your head. Also, the big window is great for looking at the canal, but there is no privacy - you’d have to lower the blackout curtains to have privacy in the bedroom, which is a shame. Overall the room was very small and not very comfortable. It’s good for a two day trip if you plan on not spending too much time in the room. Also, the property managers should do some cleaning to wipe away spider webs on the outside of the cabins.
