Amazing location, walking distance to Capri town, also 10 min walk to small public beach (although steep incline getting back up!) Well maintained garden felt like a little oasis amongst the heat and chaos, lovely outdoor patio area where breakfast was served. Room setup was good, very clean and air con worked well.

Breakfast was served quite late, shortly after 9am. In the heat of August we are often out early to miss the worst of the sun, and there was little flexibility about having it served at alternative times.

Дуже чисто, гарна територія, привітний власник. Розташування хороше, близько до історичного центру, усіх ресторанів і бутиків. До пляжу Marina Piccola теж близько проте по сходам і на верх підійматися трохи важкувато, але це єдиний нюанс, і так майже скрізь на Капрі. Сніданки звичайні італійські, якщо не вистачає завжди можна зайти в ресторан чи в супермаркет.

Serene setting with beautiful back garden and lovely mature fruit trees and a view of the sea. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Teen daughters were in twin beds. They said they were comfortable but beware they are narrow. AC worked great and was quiet. Nice storage for clothes and baggage so the room isn’t cluttered. Was a good size for a family of four. Breakfast at our private patio table was relaxing and simple but filling one of various breads, yogurt, fruit, juice,and cheese and salumi plate and/or hard boiled eggs if desired. Could walk to a free beach at marina piccola and about 10-12 minutes uphill got us to the main piazza.

I didn’t mind it but beware that you will have quite a hill to climb whether going to the beach and returning or going up to town.
