Lovely cabañas surrounded by nature

We loved everything 💜 The location is perfect, the cabañas are in the middle of nature so you can sit on the little terrace and be surrounded by trees and birds singing. At night you can see fireflies 😍 The breakfast was delicious, especially their coffee. It's organic and they grow it and make it right there on the ranch. We also met the owners and had a very interesting chat about the area and life in general. They are very warm and kind people! We hope we can come back, there is so much to do and see around Cuetzalan!

Awesome place to experience nature up close.

Beautiful property.

The furniture is showing wear and tear, with some signs of deterioration. The walls and fixtures have accumulated dust and humidity, which they can easily clean to improve the overall look. While they mentioned having a restaurant on-site, it's worth mentioning that they only serve breakfast at 10 am and dinner at 9 pm. Unfortunately, there aren't any other dining choices within walking distance from the hotel.

General service from staff was very bad. I even asked another guests and they have the same impression. On breakfast we didnt even got tortillas because the waitress forgot to offer and then it was too late.

Un lugar para conectar con la naturaleza

Estar en medio de la naturaleza. Tomar café recién molido. El tour del café lo recomiendo.

El último día no había agua, y no nos estaban ayudando a resolver. Nosotros propusimos bañarnos en el baño del lobby que sí tenía agua. Al final se portaron muy bien los encargados, pero en el inter fue estresante.

El lugar está espectacular en medio del bosque, con vistas increíbles a la vegetación, y el personal muy atento, lo recomiendo 👍🏻

Lo que no me gustó es que ya le hace falta mantenimiento al cuarto, sobre todo los colchones que están muy malos y nada cómodos y las sábanas muy usadas

El mejor lugar para hospedarse

Excelente servicio, muy limpio, el desayuno incluido es muy rico, muy atentos, estacionamiento, servicio de limpieza, agua caliente. Siento que es la mejor opción de alojamiento en todo Cuetzalan (centro a 8 minutos en auto), enfrente hay renta de caballos que te llevan a cascadas y tirolesa, y a unos metros la gruta del duende.

Wifi sólo en recepción pero muy inestable (es necesario para precargar mapas ya que hay poca señal de datos móviles y llamadas), deberían haber más señalamientos de como llegar.

Me gustó el entorno natural, el camino para llegar al cuerto y la habitación por dentro dan un ambiente ideal. Es fantastico escuchar la naturaleza por la mañana y la noche.

Atencion no igual a instalacion

Los alimentos y la atención al cliente

Las instalaciones están olvidadas ,no hay un mantenimiento,si bien es cierto que buscas un contacto con la naturaleza,también es que tu descanso debe ser placentero y seguro,más si llevas niños como es mi caso ,las puertas así como paredes de la cabaña cuentan con agujeros que permiten el libre acceso de insectos tanto agradables como arañas ,avispas y cienpies ,cuya picadura o mordedura si causan más que una inflamación leve.

MARAVILLOSA ESTANCIA ⛰️🩷

Excelente en todos los sentidos, el lugar es hermoso 🥰⛰️ tanto la zona en donde está ubicada, tanto las cabañas, todo en perfecto estado y muy bien pensado para aprovechar al máximo el entorno y hacernos valorarlo. El staff super amable en todo momento. Regresaría y recomendaría en un 100%
