The staff,the reception,the cleaning staff,the breakfast staff are all extremely gentle,and genuinely nice.
The toilet has no shower curtain/screen do,it got a bit messy everytime I had a shower.

The staff were amazing, the location was decent. I guess it’s the best you can get for the price in Mumbai central.
The WiFi in the room was very poor, seemed to work fine at the reception so they couldn’t really help fix it.

NO Contact at all from the hotel staff. They do not respond to any query via booking.com platform. they simple play dead for any request despite multiple attempts.
