The room and location were excellent. The pool area was lovely and the staff really made an effort to make you feel welcome
The breakfast was poor, we purposely didn't eat in the restaurant as we were so unimpressed with the breakfast offered

The hotel is very well located, very central, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a 2-minute walk to the beach. There are also shops close by for anything you might need. The hostel offers a variety of daily activities, the pool is a good size and usually not too crowded, and the restaurant was good as well.
Since it’s very central, there’s noise throughout the day. If you stay in shared rooms, it can be even louder. The beds weren’t very comfortable, especially the lower bunks, when someone moves or gets up, they tend to make quite a bit of noise.

The staff was the most helpful staff of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. In one instance, I signed up for a tour and the tour organizer overcharged me. The Tiki Hut staff then went after them for the extra charge and was able to get me my money back. I was really impressed by their stance on doing what was right and fair.
The facilities were very clean and the amenities were awesome (pools, ping pong table, bar, etc)
The restaurant was over priced but the food was really good.

Great location, very clean, nice hammocks for daytime chilling, nice pool, pool table and table tennis
You have to pay for water, staff not very helpful, poor breakfast (overcooked eggs every day)
