Czysto, schludnie i komfortowo. Do dyspozycji w pokoju czajnik, sztućce, talerzyki, szklanki itp. oraz lodówka. Komfortowe łóżko. Parkowanie bez problemu. Ufortyfikowana wioska Zumberk dosłownie za płotem. W razie nieobecności właściciela trzeba do niego zadzwonić, wskaże gdzie są klucze.
Brak klimatyzacji- latem może być gorąco w pokoju.
