Lovely staff, really quite. Breakfast: choice of cheese.

Bedspring really dirty, no shelves. In bathroom: no toilet paper holders, no towels shelves, no soap next to the sink. No curtains in shower just a kind of long sign half way through the shower. Breakfast: poor bread quality expected better in France! Jams, honey in big pots with spoons, would be more appropriate and hygienic in small samples. We were 5 so 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single one on the top of us with a big grey bag on it, inside clean towel, single blanket et cover. Had to put the cover and do my daughter bed.

Refused entry by the manageress due to me and my bicycle being muddy. Following torrential rain in Brittany I was looking for a hotel room to dry out in. Booked online. Turned up and manageress refused entry. Voided booking there, received a refund and went over bridge to the Brit Hotel. Absolutely recommend the Brit hotel. Muddy and wet bike was stored in conference room and I was made welcome. I have stayed at other Ibis hotels and never had a problem or reception like this before. All i can say is when in Brest use the Brit hotel, elsewhere try Ibis.

The room stinked, it’s horrible when you’re not a smoker. It’s not acceptable to let costumers smell tobacco without taking care of your comfort. The minimum would have been to block this room and clean it before proposing to costumers to book it. This property is supposed to be a non smoking area. Obviously, the staff couldn’t give me another one as the hotel was fully booked. I received a deodorant instead. I was too tired to go elsewhere as my flight arrived late that night and I had to wake up early in the morning. I couldn’t sleep well as the weather was cold and I had to let the window open to have some fresh air.

Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous venons dans ce lieu .Présence de micro ondes et petit déjeuner bien complet.

Le manque d insonorisation et le lit qui grince. On l a trouvé plus bruyant que la dernière fois en avril .On etait chambre 111 En avril vers 123 je crois .

ayant actuelleement des problèmes pour marcher, j'aurais bien aimé qu'il y ait un ascenceur pour aller à la chambre que j'avais réservée par internet ; heureusement je suis tombé sur une receptionniste très professionnellle qui m' a trouvé une chambre PMR disponible que j'avais réservée ;

lors de ma réversation sur internet, je n'avais pas indiqué le petit déjeuner, puisque ça me semblait évident de prendre un petit déjeuner après une nuit dans votre établissement ; avant de commencer à me servir, je suis allé à la réception pour le payer, mais la personnne à la réception a commencé à me faire des remarque, me disant que j'aurais dû commander le petit déjeuner en réservant la chambre, qu'elle risquait de ne pas avoir asssez pour les autres clients : je l'ai menacée de laisser le plateau que j'avais commandé à remplir en plan de partir . celà était assez désagréable; d'autre part, je trouve que 9.90 € ça fait cher par rappoert à ce qui était proposé

Parking non surveillé (pas de caméra) => véhicule dégradé : une portière à refaire :-( Petit déjeuner très décevant. Les produits étaient de très mauvaise qualité ou pas frais.

Très déçus de notre hôtel de vacances

L'accueil 😃 Les chiens sont les bienvenus 🐕 L'emplacement (sortie d'autoroute et magasins à proximité)

La chambre n’a jamais été nettoyée durant notre séjour (j’ai même dû aller demander des serviettes à l’accueil). Comme nous avions un chien avec nous, un entretien régulier aurait été indispensable… surtout compte tenu du prix payé : 280 € pour 3 nuits. Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur : une baguette de mauvaise qualité (ce qui est étonnant en France) et des viennoiseries à peine acceptables si l’on a vraiment faim. Enfin, la chambre n’était pas équipée de climatisation, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore moins agréable.
