Very pretty area with a very well kept garden. Well decorated house and a lovely pool that wasn’t too cold (beginning of August).
The supermarket was on walking distance
Many great spots are close, like Lucca, Pisa and forte del Marmi
The location is close to a road where cars drive by at 50 km ph, reducing the calmness of the place. You can hear it, so if that would bothers you a lot, it might be something to consider. However in the total package we were happy because this place offers so many great things :)

Sehr freundliches Willkommen, beste Ausstattung, Hunde willkommen, hübsches Hundegatter vor Eingangstüre, liebevoll gestalteter Garten, schönes Pool, Supermarkt ums Eck, fast perfekt nur….
Leider nicht barrierefrei wie erwartet, um ins Appartement zu kommen, mussten 3 Stufen überschritten werden, zum Glück hatte ich eine Rampe dabei

De inrichting van het appartement is prachtig, gelegen in een afgesloten rustiek en authentiek complex van appartementen. Op 2 minuten lopen is een grote supermarkt (Conad). Valeria heeft ons verblijf geweldig gemaakt, door haar service en vriendelijkheid. Ze was altijd bereikbaar en had goede tips voor Viareggio en Forte dei Marmi. Op eigen terrein hadden we een eigen parkeerplaats en alle uitvalswegen zijn direct bereikbaar. Ik heb een nieuwe lievelingsverblijf in de Toscane.
Geen wasmachine, maar op 10 minten rijden in het centrum van Massarosa is een self service laundrette. Een wasbeurt kost daar 4 euro en duurt ongeveer 36 minuten.
