H4 Hotel München Messe

Comfortable hotel, very clean and neat. We especially liked the breakfast.

The pricing was surprisingly good and the breakfast is good as well. Nice stuff, but sometimes like not enough of them of they're too busy.

The shower sewers was clogged and water went outside to the floor. Also the plug in the sink was installed so that the water would not flow - I had to always take it out to use the sink.

I stay in the past here and it was ok, that it was the reason to come back...the hotel is close to our business. With the car you have 15 min to Munich center where you can find more attraction and a lot of restaurants.

Now let's start with our problem's...I book a room for one adult and two kids. I receive a smaller room without extra bad. We go to reception, they replace with another but the heating system doesn't work...I called the reception again, they checked the system and it was faulty... they apologized and changed our room for the third time, but this time with one without windows... very disappointing, I went down to the reception where I had a discussion with the manager who in the end gave us a normal room! For all the inconvenience, which was quite unpleasant, as we traveled over 1000 km that day, they offered us free breakfast even though we had it included in the room price, which was not a small one. The surprise came at the end when I checked out, the receptionist not applying anything the superiors said. I didn't expect a reward but only the excuses that were normal for all the discomfort. We will definitely not come back here and I don't recommend it either.
