Ok if you need to overnight close to the airport but loud

Extremely loud - I could not sleep. The room was on the motorway side. Also the AC was loud.

OK value for money for 1 night before your flight, take noice cancelling headphones, its noisy

Great location if you need to go to GIG airport-15-20min by car. 24h food ordering, friendly stuff

You absolutely need noice cancelling headphones to actually fall asleep since the high street is very noisy, windows not isolating well and the air con is making quite a lot of noice. Not sure if earplugs would be enough.

Our stay was good. The staff was helpful and the food was delicious!

The property was good. It was clean and it felt safe. The WiFi was exceptional. This property felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

Ok to stay for a night in a pintch, but uncomfortable to sleep at.

It was close to the airport and the staff were nice. The breakfast was nice too

The bed was one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept in, the shower pressure was very mild, we are next to a highway and the windows are not soundproofed, so I woke up every time a motorbike was passing by. They do t offer complimentary water, in a country where you can’t drink tap water.

Good stay!

The hotel has a variable and good breakfast, close to a shopping center, hotel is easy to reach by Uber and friendly staff.

We slept here during carnival. We understand that the price may be higher, but for this price you expect the hotel room to be maintained and smell nice. The room had a musty, sweaty smell upon entering. The cleaners do their job well, but this smell seems to come from the old furniture/accessories.

Clean room, good bathroom. Good breakfast and a very helpful staff at the reception.

The actual windows are not double glass. Because of that the room is noisy, the hotel is along a road with much traffic. They give earplugs but you still hear the road. The manager explained that on very short term all the windows wil be replaced.

Fair enough.

The hotel is right next to the highway, so it's rather noisy. It was no problem, however, to change to a room on the first floor which is not as noisy. They also allowed me to stay one extra hour after the original check out because my flight was very late. It's kinda close to the airport, which is a bonus.

The staff from my first stay was very nice and also tried their best to communicate in English. This time, however, one receptionist was rather unfriendly and not that helpful. For sensitive sleepers like myself, you really need to have some good earplugs.

Overall was a good.

I really enjoyed staying at the Capri Hotel, I only stayed one night, the room was very clean and as shown on the website. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is great for quick access to the airport. I indicate.

I just didn't think it was fair, because I arrived at the hotel at 22pm because my flight was delayed from London to Rio de Janeiro, and I was going to take my other flight to São Paulo the other day at 4pm, but I was informed that my reservation was until noon, which I already knew because it was my agreement when I made the reservation, I just didn't think it was fair because I asked a staff if I could stay until 2:30pm because my flight would be at 4pm the staff told me that if I wanted to stay I would have to pay another entire reservation, which I didn't think was fair and I had to wait for my taxi at the hotel reception. I would understand if the hotel had all the rooms reserved, but it wasn't and even though I would pay a fair amount for just 2:30 hours more, the staff informed me that she couldn't do it.

the staff is very concerned about the well-being of the customers. Very attentive and very kind. the restaurant is good and the breakfast very generous, a very good value for money

the only small negative point is the location next to the fast voice where we hear the car very loudly all night long

It’s a nice place to stay for a short period of time

The staff was very nice and they were really helpful. Almost everyone I spoke to was able to speak English since I don’t speak Portuguese and if they couldn’t they would get someone else to help me. The place is also super safe with a gated entrance and exit and security. It’s a good place to stay at if you want to be near the airport but you are very far from the beaches, you are also right next to the highway so it gets very loud at times, so keep in mind if that’s someone thing that bothers you.

Superb

The breakfast was really good and even included things like scrambled eggs which is hard to find at most hotels in Brazil that are under 25 dollars. The location is good because it's only 10 minutes from the Rio Galileo airport. The hotel is secured so that nobody from the street can enter unless the security guard opens the gate and you show them identification. You don't have to worry about ordering food before a certain time like before 11pm for instance because the restaurant is open 24 hours a day. Some of the staff speaks English which helps. Eduardo speaks English. He is an older gentleman and was very helpful.

The air conditioner on the upper floor didn't work as well as the other room I had but I could have asked to switch rooms.

Cuando llegamos en el baño la toalla de mano estaba en el piso, era una habitación para dos y dejaron solo un juego de toallon, shampoo y jabón. Solicitamos lo faltante y nos lo brindaron. Luego, cuando nos fuimos a acostar nos dimos cuenta que faltaba la sábana que va sobre la ajustable, no hicimos el reclamo porque nos quedamos solo una noche pero la verdad lamentable. Por otro lado las empleadas 0 español, muy difícil comunicarse. Para el chek out nos demoraron Media hora con el uber afuera lo cual nos generó un saldo extra.
