The location was handy for everything I needed. It was clean and the kitchen well equipped.
I never saw one member of staff the entire 4 days I was there! There was never anyone at reception regardless of time of day, so no check in or check out! The key to my room was left on a notice board - didn’t seem very secure to me!!

Price and pet friendly- allowing pet inside. So many say pet friendly and they are not at all.
Not being able to check in old fashioned way and pay in person, would of liked to use different card but didn’t get to speak to anyone. Acknowledge the nice note & with key & the chilled way but a greeting ( during daytime hrs option -maybe note saying ph when arrive? ) would be nice.
