    We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others, particularly families. The poolside villas aren't very private so we chose a garden villa which was lovely. Gary was very helpful with anything we needed. Only thing we found was that the floors inside and outdoor undercover areas were not very clean.

    We left a day early from our booked 4 nights stay . There's nothing wrong with the unit but a lot of little things that made us uncomfortable. The bed was the worst issue and needs replacing asap . The sag has left us with back issues . The bathroom has no door hence it is open so unless your good with full exposure don't stay in number 16 . The light from the uncovered window in the bathroom beamed in and I'm very sensitive to this . The pillows were high and hard and uncomfortable. Linen was lovely and clean . One small travel shampoo , conditioner and soap provided so bring plenty of your own . No dishwasher in kitchenette but full size fridge , oven and hot plates . Only one air-conditioner in living space but wasn't an issue as we had a cool temp week but in summer wouldn't be nice . The patio out back was pretty with palms but noisy traffic from very early in morning and first day gardening maintenance was working in our area so had to keep blinds closed . Front door sticks and hard to open , taps need attention in bathroom and kitchen. Good aspect was washing machine and dryer . No pool towels provided either . Clean enough but not immaculate as reviews make out . Patio area very filthy ground . Manager wasn't available in office when we left so I couldn't point the bed issue out . Overall it was a very good price but I wouldn't stay there again as it's the same price point we pay for two bedrooms apartments on gold coast with resort facilities.
