Located 600 meters away from Ermones beach, on the main road that leads to the beach, it's part of a Unique agricultural Villa. Located on the first floor, its a sunny and cozy apartment, with an big kitchen & living space and a master bedroom with a comfort double bed and wardrobe, WC and a really big balcony and a huge patio equipped with a BBQ , which offers you the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate, surrounded by nature.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, an oven, a toaster, a kettle and a table, while all kitchenware needed is available. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Für den ersten Abend und den ersten Morgen, standen bereits Lebensmittel bereit. Der Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar und ist sehr hilfsbereit.
