Anemone

From the moment when we arrived to our accommodation, we could feel the warmth of our host. Maria and her daughter are wonderful and we could see immediately the heart they put into this place. The house looks very cosy and welcoming from the first glance. And when we stepped in to see our apartment, we were even more delighted! We enjoyed 10 days in the two bedrooms apartment with a wonderful view and a beautiful terrace. Everything was sparkling clean, the towels and sheets smelled heavenly and the matresses were very comfortable. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms, but we didn't use it much, it was enough to keep the windows open. The kitchen is fully equipped, we had everything we needed and even more - a wonderful welcome gift with homemade kumquat delights by our host, which were very appreciated! We also liked the size of the bathroom and the fact that it had a thub. The whole apartment is very nice and comfy, we felt as home for our entire stay. Thank you, Maria and Cristina, for our lovely stay at your place! We will be happy to return anytime we come back to Corfu! :)

The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were able to check in earlier. A basket full of homemade food and wine was waiting for us in the room. The air conditioner is powerful and enough to cool the room in a few minutes. The bathroom is just recently renovated. The room was perfectly clean.

There were a few mosquitoes every evening, even though the windows had mosquitoes net.

Property was great, was in a really nice location close to one of the main beaches in Corfu. Staff were absolutely lovely, left us gifts almost every day. I would recommended a car as it’s high up in the hills, but I think you need a car when visiting Corfu anyway to really make the most of it.

Only thing I would say is the shower. It was just a loose reel you couldn’t fix it to anything and it was quite small. But I can’t complain, the water pressure was good and it did the job.

This is a wonderful, cozy, and secluded place, about a 5-10-minute drive to the beach. Each room had mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. The bathroom was quite spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking (frying pan, saucepan, plates, coffee pot). The view of the sea and trees was stunning!
