We did not use the booking.
The host was very courteous. When we decided that we couldn't stay in the room she was very understanding of my problem with the bed.
We did not actually stay the night because the bed was too hard for me to sleep on, as I have some hip and knee problems. There is only a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom. The house smelled of the host's cooking

Outstanding, and I wish I could have had more time to stay!
This was the first time I had been to Sisteron, and what a beautiful town. L'Oustalet is an absolute gem! I had access to all the facilities one could need; microwave, kettle, fridge and shower, and one of the comfiest beds I have slept on. The view of the mountains was just outstanding. The breakfast the owner - and what a great host - provided was sensational; all kinds of bread, jams, home-made pancakes, cheeses and ham, and I definitely recommend this accommodation.
I cannot think of anything which could improve this accommodation.
