Het personeel (met name Anna) was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast ligt het hotel op een rustige locatie aan een prachtig meer en was het eten in het hotel erg goed.

Great location, down a side road which meant it was peaceful and overlooking the lake was amazing. Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was clean and staff came in everyday to maintain that.
There was no information pack in the room (that we could see) and as a result we were not informed that we would need to book into dinner as it was a pre-order system. This may have been a language barrier however, this didn’t dampen our stay.

Posizione fantastica con viata lago, la colazione abbondante e attenta algi sprechi con modulo da compilare precedentemente molto apprezzato. Tutto lo staff, davvero cortese e disponibile, un grazie ad Anna e Michele
Tutto bene, il fatto di non avere l'ascensore può essere di intralcio a chi alloggia oltre il Primo piano ma per noi non è stato così

The guy on reception was very helpful. Being near the lake was nice & breakfast was good
It’s in need of modernising, the decor is very old and worn out.
