The property is very good value and located near the city centre with a short Grab ride or about a 20 minute walk. You should expect a local Home stay with a nice cooked breakfast by the owner every morning and a lovely balcony view over the mountains. This is not a five star hotel but a local Home stay where you will be treated with hospitality get good recommendations for delicious restaurants and be greeted by the lovely owner when you come and go.
Nothing was bad. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely hostess and a cute dog
The address is different than indicated in Booking. It was written that breakfast is included, but I never got it. When you really need the staff it's almost impossible to reach them - not replying in Whatsapp. The isolation is very bad, so prepare your earplugs.
