Excellent quiet accommodation with lovely balcony. Easy access.

Managed from off site. Too much having to work things out and do them for yourself in the absense of instructions. Little face to face except with friendly cleaning staff. Inadequate personalised information.

Very clean and comfortable room, as well as a gorgeous building. We had our own private terrace which was lovely, with plenty of cooking facilities. The breakfast was great with lots of options, although this did appear to vary depending on the time that we went down, but not really a massive problem. Very well located!

The room was cleaned daily, they would always come around 11AM, making sure everyone was out exploring to minimize any disruptions. The breakfast was nicely simple with fresh fruit, a few proscuitto choices, some rolls/ brioche, and tomato & cheese sandwiches. The location was perfect, close enough to all the busyness of the square and shops, but far enough away that you're not disturbed by any noise. I loved going up to the roof terrace for a quiet breakfast in the shady area - you can catch the beautiful sunset and sunrise from there too! They were super nice and let me store my bags after I checked out until I had to leave 😁

Heads-up, you check in at Hotel Aegusa in the more busy part of the island before going to the Casa - make sure you have the island map downloaded/available, otherwise it will be a little hard to find the hotel. For first-time Italy travelers, they will ask for your passport just to have a record of your stay. It's totally okay to wait until you're there to share passport details in-person.
