Good location when walking Iseji to/from Kumanoshi. Small but clean and modern bathroom unit. Washing machine free use. Large room with two futons as in picture. Common area to relax in. Had an excellent dinner and solid breakfast. Friendly and helpful host.

It is a lovely place! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the table tennis! :D. It was very quiet at night.

Fantastic guesthouse beyond my expectation! At first, a little difficult to find it in the small village of Oroshi. Suddenly, I saw from outside "Welcome, Shanshan" written on a small blackboard. Ha, that's it. Staffs were very nice and considerate. The room was bright, spacious and cozy. For a Kumano Kodo hiker walking whole day in the rain, everything was satisfying and enjoyable. The chef spent more than an hour, serving me the dinner, which was indeed a delicacy. What's more, he finished Camino de Santiago 2 yeas ago and shared with me the photos on the way. For me, this is a great inspiration. Thank you all! The experience in Oroshi is an unforgettable beautiful memory!
