I really appreciated being able to check-in early and the host's comms was good. However, the self-entry instructions were complicated and I had to call a few times to get clarity. The wifi in the apartment didn't work at all the whole time I stayed. Although they offered to fix it, it was on the last day of my stay.
The instructions to gain entry to the apartment were unclear and complex. The key to the glass down downstairs was tricky and kept getting stuck without opening the door - it required a lot of fiddling. The wifi needs to be fixed as it didn't work at all, even after trying to use the QR code and switching it on and off several times.

Confortable, bien équipé, chambre,salle de bain, cuisine, wifi, propreté, tout très bien. Bien situé dans le centre historique.
A notre arrivée, à l’heure prévue 17h30, personne n’est là pour nous attendre, impossible de joindre Magno apartment par téléphone. Heureusement, le concierge de l’immeuble Azahares était là, il a pu nous ouvrir l’accès au bâtiment, il s’est renseigné et nous avons fini par obtenir le code d’accès à l’appartement. Une heure perdue et la peur de passer la nuit dehors. Il faut améliorer l’accueil.
