I really appreciated being able to check-in early and the host's comms was good. However, the self-entry instructions were complicated and I had to call a few times to get clarity. The wifi in the apartment didn't work at all the whole time I stayed. Although they offered to fix it, it was on the last day of my stay.
The instructions to gain entry to the apartment were unclear and complex. The key to the glass down downstairs was tricky and kept getting stuck without opening the door - it required a lot of fiddling. The wifi needs to be fixed as it didn't work at all, even after trying to use the QR code and switching it on and off several times.

No tuvimos desayuno . Ubicación aceptable
1 el acceso al portón negro, al edificio, ya que está mal explicado el ingreso y nadie nos atendió para explicarnos el funcionamiento. Ingresamos con dificultades el sábado y recién nos contestaron el lunes. 2 el usuario y contraseña no era el correcto 3 el sillón es totalmente incómodo 4 el segundo pasajero que se ducha lo tiene que hacer con agua fría .
